How do I place an order?
Find the product or products you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” From
there, the on-screen prompts will guide you through the purchasing process
Can I track my order status or delivery?
Yes! You can track your orders within the Account section of the website,
accessible from the icon in the top menu
What is your return policy?
As a general rule, we accept returns for all new and unused products still in their
original packaging. There are a few exceptions, such as e-bikes, Greenworks
Renewed products, and sales in Alaska or Hawaii. We also offer returns on any
items damaged in shipping. To submit a return, use the return portal to imitative a
request within 30 days of receipt of shipment to receive a return shipping label.

Can I cancel my order?
Online orders placed from an account can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being
placed at no charge. Guest orders cannot be cancelled.
How long will my order take to be processed?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 24 – 72 working hours as a guide.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with
properly submitting a warranty claim. They can be reached either using the online
chat function, accessible by clicking “Chat with an Expert” in the bottom corner
